Six steps. No surprises.

Most agencies stay vague about how they actually work. We don't. Here's exactly what happens between the first email and a paid program that runs itself.

Intro call.

We start with a free conversation about your business, your customers, and where paid marketing might fit. If we don't think we can help you — wrong stage, wrong category, wrong time — we'll tell you that and give you our honest read on what would actually move the needle. We won't try to sell you a service you don't need.

Technical sync.

If we move forward, the next conversation is with a technical owner on your side. Measurement integration is the foundation of everything that follows, so we want to understand your stack and your data. We can do the integration directly in your codebase, or we can write clear instructions for someone on your team — or your coding agent — to ship the work and review it with us. You own your code either way. We also walk through the data compliance considerations specific to your category.

Brand intake.

We collect what we need to make creative that actually represents you: design assets, brand voice, positioning, the competitive landscape, the customer you're going after, and where you want the brand to go. The more we have, the sharper the first batch of creative will be — but we don't need a 60-page brand book. We can work from what you've got.

Measurement go-live.

We don't spend on media until measurement is in place. Once it is, you'll have a dashboard that shows what's coming through every network, attributed honestly, with the LTV signal we're optimizing toward. This is the layer everything else runs on top of, so we take the time to get it right.

First test, then scale.

We launch with a small, controlled test — a focused creative batch on the network we think gives you the best signal first. We watch what works, kill what doesn't, and let the data guide where the budget grows. Scaling is a function of what the measurement layer tells us is working, not a calendar.

Ongoing.

From there, the system runs: campaigns built, launched, rotated, and optimized; new creative variants produced and tested continuously; reporting refreshed daily. You'll have a regular sync cadence with us, but you don't manage the day-to-day. You see what's working in the dashboard and plan around it.
