Privacy policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This site is operated by Outlier Ads LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit outlierads.ai or contact us, what we do with it, and how to get in touch about it.

Short version: we collect what you give us, we don't sell it, and we delete it on request.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us.

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit the form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, work email, company name, optional company website, your current paid marketing stage, your monthly ad spend range, and your free-text description of what you're trying to achieve.
  • Email correspondence. When you email us, we receive what you send — your email address, your message, and anything you attach.

We do not collect:

  • Advertising or tracking cookies
  • Personal information about anyone who hasn't deliberately shared it with us
  • Information about your activity on other sites

How we use it

Information you share is used to reply to your inquiry, determine whether we're a fit to work together, and continue the conversation if there is one.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who has access to it

The information you share is stored and processed by a small set of vendors we use to run the business:

  • Google — Google Forms and Google Sheets store contact form submissions; Gmail handles our email correspondence.
  • Vercel— hosts this site, processes anonymous aggregate analytics about visits (see below), and handles contact form submissions in transit. The form runs as a server action on Vercel before forwarding the submission to Google Forms, so the data passes through Vercel's servers and is subject to standard server log retention.
  • Squarespace — the registrar for our domain. Does not receive any of your personal information.

Each of these vendors publishes its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone outside this set of operational vendors.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregate, anonymous visit data (pages viewed, country-level location, device type). It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not identify individual visitors. There is no cross-site tracking.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need them — typically the duration of any potential or actual business relationship, and a reasonable period after. If you'd like us to delete what we have, email us and we will.

Your rights

You can:

  • Ask what we have on you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it (unless we're required to retain something for legal reasons, which is unlikely for what we collect)
  • Opt out of further contact

Email us at richard@outlierads.ai for any of these.

If you're a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or another state with consumer privacy laws, you have additional rights under those laws. Email us to exercise any of them — we handle these requests the same way regardless of which state you're in.

Children's privacy

This is a B2B site aimed at company founders. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. For substantial changes, we may also note them at the top of this page or contact people we have on file. The current version is always the one published here.
