Using the site

You may read this site, share links to it, and use the contact form to get in touch.

• Try to circumvent rate limits, abuse vulnerabilities, or interfere with the site's operation

We may rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict access at our discretion to keep the site available and honest.

The text, design, brand assets (including the asterisk mark, the Outlier lockup, and the Outlier name), and any other original material on this site are the property of Outlier Ads LLC. You may not republish, redistribute, or use them to imply endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

Quoting a sentence in a normal context (writing about us, linking, sharing) is fine and does not require permission.

Your submissions

When you submit information through the contact form or by emailing us, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We handle what you share in line with our privacy policy.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — about its accuracy, availability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The content describes how we work in general terms; nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Outlier Ads LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

This limitation does not apply to the separate written agreement governing any service engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Outlier Ads LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
